Why is discipline so important when running a company?

The number thing that you need to do is work on your business and don’t quit. You must work everyday to make sure your company runs well. I am learning that everyday. I have a power wash company and I am learning that it takes a lot of work to build that company up. You have to work everyday. There will be nights where you have to work late and there will be nights where you have to get up early in the morning and work. You are the boss so you have to make sure that your business runs smooth.
