Why do shareholders sell their shares

There are a lot of reason why people sell their shares of a company. For me, the main reason why I would sell my shares because the company has cut their dividend too much or they stop paying a dividend al together. I am a dividend investor, so I invest only in stocks that pays a dividend to their shareholders and I understand that sometimes a company needs to cut or stop paying dividend for a while as long as they return paying that dividend. It’s not a good thing for a company to cut their dividend but in the video below, I will go over more why shareholders sell their shares
