Yes investing is one of the best things that you can do with your money but there are other things that you can do besides that. In this post, I am not giving you any advice on money or how to handle money. This is what I would do if I had the $500 dollars right now to spend on something to make money from.
Start an online business right now:
Starting an online business today and working from home is something anyone can do. Owning a online business does not cost a lot of money and it can be free if you choose to go that path. Just think of making money from home with some work. One of the first things that I will do is start an YouTube channel which is free to start and free to upload videos. I would do affiliate marketing online which is you will be promoting other peoples products and when you make a sale, you will get paid.
This is something that you can do in your free time or it does not cost a lot of money. This is why I started with making YouTube videos because it does not cost money. You can start with YouTube, tiktok and other social media places4 which does not cost any money, it just will cost you time. You can sign up with https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/ or https://affiliates.walmart.com/#!/ for free and find products to promote online to make money from. I would pick a subject that you know a lot about and find products that relates to that subject to promote. If you like fishing, you can sign up with https://www.basspro.com/shop/en/affiliate-program and find products that you use while fishing. I would build an YouTube channel around fishing and every tool that I use for fishing, I would link to bass pro shop item for that commission. The one thing that you will need is traffic or people looking and seeing what you are promoting and there are 2 types of traffic that you must know about.
Free traffic and paid traffic:
Getting free traffic is doing things like making videos, posting on social media and writing blog posts. Free traffic takes time and you must do content every week to things going. On the other hand, with paid traffic is where money will come in play. Paid traffic just means that you are paying to get clicks and people to see what you are selling. It’s much faster than free traffic and you can get traffic in the next 20 mins with money. You can spend 5 dollars or more for paid traffic just as long as you make more than you spend on traffic. Investing $500 dollar is not needed for paid traffic, it will take time to learn how to set up an ad campaign that works so you can be spending money just on learning how things work but it should not cost you $500 dollars.
