Making money in the stock market is not hard to do but what are two ways an investor make money in the stock market? In order to make any kind of money in the stock market, the first thing that you have to do is how you want to make money in the stock market?
How much research have you done about the stock market? Are you ready to invest in the stock market and do you have the money in invest? This things must be answered before you start investing and making money. There are two ways you can make money in the stock market and you can do this today if you want to and I do these everyday now so I know it works. What are two ways an investor makes money in the stock market?
There are more than two ways to for an investor to make money in the stock market and the two common ways are buying and selling stocks, holding a stock for a long time then selling it or doing the dividend play which I like the most. So lets check out the buying and selling option first. So you old saying goes you buy a stock when its at a low price then you sell that same stock when the price is at a high point where you can make money. That is the method a lot of people use today and it works as well.
When bad news hits a company and it’s on the news and on social media, the stock price may go lower and lower. This is when you can buy a few shares of that company to sell in the future. Depending on the company and their ability to come back which some companies can and some can’t and this is when you do your research before buying anything on the stock market. If you believe that this company that is not doing well right now will do better in the future than you can buy some shares and when the company does better and the stock price goes up, then you can sell and make money. This is the method that all investors in the stock market does and it still works till this day. So that is one way how to make money in the stock market.

The next method is the same thing that we just talked about but it’s a little deeper. You buy stocks to hold for the long term, like 30 years or more. In this method you can hold the stock for a very long time then sell. This method is for growth companies that you think will grow over time and this is good if you can find a started company that cost very little and if you think that we be the next telsa than that is something to invest in. I have seen some stock that cost 5 bucks two years ago and today that are worth 500 bucks per stock. I am always looking for that next company that will become big in the future.
The dividend play is where it’s at for me:
This is my bread and butter when it comes to dividends in the stock market. I love getting dividends and it’s just one way to make passive income while you are sleep. My goal right now is to make $500 per month in passive income with dividends and right now I am making $150 dollars per month now. With that $500 dollars coming in, that money can pay a few bills that my wife and I have so that will free up the money we would have spent anyone and that money can go somewhere else.
Getting dividends is so passive and there is nothing that you have to do but hold the stock and do not sell. On this blog I talk about how we all need more streams of income and we can’t relay on our jobs for money. You need money working for us and we need to stop working for money. We need money to come in passively and dividends stocks is just one way.
