Online marketing will grow and change overtime. Affiliate marketing just like other business online or offline, they tend to change and be different overtime and we must be on top of that. If there is a new social media site that everyone is on, maybe it’s time to tried out that site and see what is the fuss is about.
We must keep up to date about things online and be willing to learn a new social media site if needed. Right now Tiktok is big right now and it’s free to have an account so it’s time is do some videos for tiktok. We must able to learn something new, make mistakes and learn from them and get traffic.
Things that were done 4 to 5 years ago don’t really work today so we must keep our eyes and ears open to new things that coms out and YouTube is good right now as well.
You must be will to put in work:
Yes affiliate marketing takes a lot of work and time. Most people will try free traffic first which they should be the main problem with free traffic is that it takes a long time to get traffic.
Yes you must put in the work first and the time and with people working 9 to 5 and having kids, some people just don’t have the time to start an online business but you must put in the work and not just one or two times, you must work everyday putting out some type of work.
I try to write one blog post per day and I try to shoot 3 YouTube videos. I am always write down blog post to write and videos to shoot. Building a to do list is one of the best things that you can do as a affiliate.
Use your time wisely:
This is something overtime that I needed to do is to stop wasting my time on things that does not help or push my online business further. Things like being on Facebook, tiktok and YouTube can waste your time and you can be on
YouTube and all of a sudden you can waste 2 to 3 hours just like that. It’s a big problem and those things can waste your time if you don’t get your time in check. I like tiktok but one hour can fly by using that app and that one hour I could have made 2 YouTube videos.
The best thing that helps is writing down a to do list for yourself and try to do 2 to 3 things per day on that list. This will help you cut down on Facebook and YouTube and once your list is done, then you could do what you want but do something everyday that will push your affiliate Marketing business forward.
Step outside your comfort zone:
Putting yourself out there is not easy and a lot of people can do it and some people don’t like to be on camera. Guess what, we have to get over that and make videos. Something that Gary Vee said, you don’t want to be 90 years old, you can’t move around or do the things that you want to do when you was younger and you can’t now.
That scares me and it’s true, you don’t want to be so old where you can do anything but you wish you had done things that when you was younger so don’t be shy and step outside your comfort zone and make some moves.
