Sometimes I’s not good to follow what other people do because everyone has different goals in the stock market. what is good for you may not be good for someone else people are in different stages in life so they will be doing different things in life. In the case of the stock market, yes sometime people will pump up a stock to send a message to wall street from the things that they do but should you doing what other people are doing?
Should you buy a stock just because other people are buying that stock? I always so do your own research before you buy anything on the stock market and juts because other people are buying something, does not make you buy what they are buying.
Is it a good idea to buy a stock that other people are buying?
The answer for me is no, I buy stocks that follows my goals and sometimes I will buy a stock that someone tells me about but I make sure that I do my own research beforehand.
This is why everyone needs to have their plans and goals before investing into the stock market and please do you own research before buying anything on the stock market. I am a dividend investor and people are buying a dividend stock, I would look it up for myself and do my own research before buying.
If I feel like it’s a good investment that I buy but I don’t follow the crowd just like with the GameStop stock that people were buying. That is not my thing so yes I watch from the sidelines when the whole thing was going down.
