As of right now I am building a dividend portfolio on the robinhood app so I know all about this topic. On on YouTube channel called The dividend Stock King, and on my channel I talk about dividend paying stocks and how I invest in them. Right now 95% of my portfolio is dividend paying stocks. The stocks that I buy to build a dividend portfolio: The first one is Main Street Capital
Lets go over 3 stocks that I invest in that pays a dividend and please do your research before buying any stocks. The first stock that I love is called Main street capital and the ticker symbol is MAIN. This company provides capital solutions for lower and middle market companies seeking to grow. Main street capital provides long term debt capital to these types of business. I like this stocks because they pay a dividend every month and as for right now they pay a .20 cent dividend for each stock you own. The next stock is called Horizon Technology Finance: Ticker symbol HRZN</strong>
Horizon is a leading venture lending company that provides debt products to life science and technology companies. Horizon’s team of investment and operations professionals has been providing debt capital to some for companies for decades. The last stock I would like to talk about is called AGNC investment Corp
AGNC is a mortgage real estate investment trust or called a REIT which they mostly in a agency mortgage-backed securities. AGNC investment objective is to provide stockholders with attractive risk-adjusted returns with monthly dividends and net asset value.
