This is what I would do, I would go to https://www.clickbank.com/ and sign up a an account which is free. Find a product that you want to promote. One trick you can is email the creator of the product that you want to promote and ask them to get a product review copy of the product.
This may work and this may not work but there is no harm in trying. Tell the creator that you will do a blog post or a YouTube video about your product. If you can’t a product review for the person wo made the clickbank product, you can buy the product yourself. Make a great video and get the product and use the product. That way you know how the product works and you can do a really good info video to help people. YouTube is free and uploading a video is free as well so YouTube is the first place I would to promote clickbank products without having a website. The traffic may come slow but it’s free traffic.
Use question and answer websites like Quora for free traffic without a having a website:
Using s site like Quora and yahoo answers are great places for traffic. People uses these sites cause they need help with their questions. By answering those questions can help people. If someone ask about how to lose weight fast. You can answer the question and try to promote your clickbank product or promote your YouTube video which should have your affiliate link in the video. Please don’t spam Quora and please do your best to help people. This is a one to get free traffic to your links and YouTube channel. It’s better to have a blog to link.
