How to make money online in politics? Yes you can but here’s the problem with politics. I don’t know for sure but if you learn left or right on politics you may lose some people or your audience will be one sided. It’s hard to be in the middle in politics and the people I follow on YouTube only lean one way.
I am thinking about starting something in politics cause over the past year, I have been studying politics and history of politics so I am thinking about starting something about politics and here’s what I was thinking about starting. All the things that will be in this post are things that I have seen online and have seen people make money online in politics. I may do these things in the future.
Starting a YouTube channel about politics
In my opinion, I feel like some people don’t know what they vote for and people just vote one way without knowing the reason why they vote. Once I learned more about politics, I see why people vote one way and most times it’s based on what their parents did and taught them. So I want to tell about politics and the different things that they need to know about all the parties they you can vote for. So one way you can make money online in politics is to start a YouTube channel. With your YouTube channel, you can dive into politics and share your thoughts.
If you can build up 1000 subs to your channel, you can place ads on your videos to make money. The one thing I will say is that it’s hard to do any affiliate marketing when It comes to politics. The one thing that I see with other youtubers that talked about politics is that they have their own merch and their own store that they sell their own products on their YouTube channel. So YouTube is just one way.
You must have your own website:
One of the must have in making money online is your own website. It’s your site where you can talk about whatever you want without getting in trouble with social media and all the people that I follow has their own site. If fact they sell things on their site as well. It’s the one place they can find you and your content about politics.
You can’t rely on social media these days cause if you say something against their policy, then they can take you off or take down your page. To get started in politics, the one thing that I see other people doing is getting on all social media platforms as you can. The biggest people that are in politics, have Hugh social media accounts with a lot of people following them. With all those people following them, they take that traffic and send them to their online stores or their products that they have.
It’s hard to find affiliate products to promote so they build their own products like hats, shirts and mugs. With the blog, website, social media and YouTube channel, the one thing you must do is keep learning about what’s going on with politics and what’s happening with politics.
Taking about politics is a hard thing to do and you must knowing about of politics and willing to research and learn more things about politics. Whatever side you take when talking about politics, some people will not like you and some people will like you. The key is to stay focused and help people along the way.
