Right now I a invested $23,903 into my broker account and with my dividends per month I am making about $160 dollar per month. This took me about 3 years to get to this point and I brought a lot of stocks in march of 2020 when the stock market prices were down a lot and that includes dividends that I have gotten.
I reinvest all of my dividend payments back into the stocks that paid out the dividend and 95% of my stocks pay monthly. I feel that buying monthly dividend paying stocks will quicker to get those dividends rolling in and reinvesting. My goal with the stock market is to make $500 dollars per month from dividends. Now that money is not a lot but I can pay my light bill and water with that money.
That is my goal, to make passive income from doing nothing but owning stocks and to have another stream of income coming without me having to work for it. this is why I love dividend investing. Every month when I reinvests those dividends, each month my dividend payment gets better and better. If I can give this 10 years with me buying stocks and reinvesting the dividends every month, that is no telling for much money I can make and my top goal is to make $1000 dollars in dividends per month.
