One of the hardest things to do, is to give up. You should never give up on what you want to do and I know YouTube can be hard at times but if it was easy, everyone would do it. Before you decide to close out your YouTube channel, did you put the work in to make it work? You should never give up. I have started 5 to 6 blogs in past and all of them have failed and I let them go. But this blog here thexking.com I keep working at it.
I used the things I learned from my older blogs that didn’t work and use things info for this blog and know I am better at blogging but the main thing is that I didn’t give up on what I wanted to do. I kept on working and trying different things to see what works. Please note that if it was easy, everyone would be doing it so yes it’s hard and you should never give up. What you could do is start a new YouTube channel and with that channel use everything you learned with the channel that didn’t work and try something new. So you are not giving up, you just starting over but this time you know way more thing this time around with case in point of my blogs I started and failed on, I just started a over or with a new one but I didn’t give up.
Starting over is not giving up. Giving up is not doing YouTube any more. YouTube is not hard at all and there is free information online that can help you with your channel. it took my 5 years to become a YouTube partner and that’s a long time but I didn’t give up but there was times where I wanted to give up, Thank God I didn’t. It takes work to have a great YouTube channel and it’s a learning lessons that you will have with YouTube. YouTube is always changing so what work 2 or 3 years ago will not work not so let’s figure out what going on with your channel.
How to fix my YouTube channel?
So what’s going on with your channel that got you thinking about giving up? Are you posting videos every day? Do you have great thumbnails for your videos? Are you using tube buddy to get the bets keywords for your videos SEO? Are you making good and helpful videos? Are you promoting those videos on social media? Are you using paid traffic to get people looking at your videos? Is what you are taking about, are people searching for what you are talking about? Who are the big youtubers in your niche and how are their videos? Is your niche small and no one is looking for that type of content? Are you posting your YouTube video on your blog to help with traffic? How many video are you posting per week? Are you editing your videos to make them look better? These are the types of questions that you need to think about before you just give up. Getting something like tube buddy can help with your channel and it shows who ranks on your type of video and it shows you where you rank and what keywords to use. Tube buddy should be the number one thing that you use for your channel and it has help me a lot.
How do you know when to give up on a YouTube channel?
I would say never give up until you can answer those questions and put in more work on your channel. Staring a new YouTube channel is not giving up on YouTube but use what you learned from the channel that Is not working and apply the information to the new channel. I would use tube buddy to help your channel with SEO, I would work on the thumbnails for each video. I would post more videos on my channel. I would share my videos on social media to people. The niche I pick I would make the subject more broader to reach different people and you are not boxed in to one thing. I would make the video more helpful to people. I would change up the style of the video and maybe do some lives to get subs. There are a lot of things you can do before you give up on your YouTube channel but if you did all that and still not working, I would just start a new YouTube channel and do the new one and wait for a while for the old one to come around. Sometimes YouTube times time to rank videos so you never know.
