Bumped is an rewards app that instead of getting cashback for stuff we buy, you get fractional shares back which is different. You must pick a store and you must keep shopping at the store to get the rewards. So far the app is working great. I pick Sam’s club and Kroger and BP for gas.
But something happen? When I was shopping at the places I was not getting no stocks back. So I wanted 2 weeks and still nothing happened. So on the bumped app I message customer service for help. So I told them what’s going on and told them that I was not getting back for the stores that I picked and shopped at. Now I sent them a message on Friday around noon. I was not expecting to hear anything from the bumped team till sometime next week.
So about 3 hours later I started my phone start buzzing and I opened my phone and on the notifications I got 4 fractional shares for BP gas and 4 fractional shares from Sam’s club. The bumped team worked fast on that. Within 3 hours I was getting some shares back that I missed. A bumped team member message me on the app and told me that the reason I didn’t get any is because the stores I picked was not tagged in their system.
So she tagged for me and told me I should go to good and I should be getting my shares next week and I did. she also told me that I can use the history feature which will have all my transactions with my debit card. If you click on show all transactions it will show you all the transactions you made. You can pick on the one you think that you didn’t get anything from and click why and it will send a message to the bumped team
